On 18 March 2021, representatives of the NEORION project partnership, and relevant stakeholders from the quadruple helix attended the project’s final event entitled “Blue growth and shipbuilding industry: innovation trends and opportunities of cooperation in the Adrion and Mediterranean area”.
As a part of the project NEORION “Promotion of green maritime technologies and new materials to enhance sustainable shipbuilding in Adriatic Ionian region” was held an event on the 30 November, with presentations of project achievements and the modern applications of green maritime technologies used in green shipping in accordance with the new environmental regulations of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), while representatives of the shipping industry shared their experiences from construction and maintenance of ships A Class-LNG with the audience.
